This privacy policy applies to the Bileli app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Yusup Abdyrahmanov ("Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

If you grant permission to access your device's gallery, you may set a profile photo. This photo is stored only locally on your device and is NOT synced to the server. It will be removed if you uninstall the Application or clear app data.
The Application also collects usage data: which lessons you've completed, test results, progress percentage, and learning statistics. This data is stored locally (Room database) and synced to the server to restore your progress across devices.
The Service Provider does NOT collect IP addresses, unique device identifiers (device ID), location data (GPS), contacts, call logs, or biometric data. The Application contains no trackers, analytics SDKs (Firebase, Yandex Metrica, etc.), and displays no advertisements.

All learning materials (5000+ words, grammar rules, 14000+ example sentences) are cached on your device using Room (SQLite). You can use the Application without an internet connection. When connectivity is restored, your progress syncs automatically with the server.
Your account data (email, name, progress) is stored on the server (Neon PostgreSQL) as long as you use the Application. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings. Upon deletion, your email, password hash, and all progress are permanently and immediately removed from the server. This action cannot be undone. Local data on your device is also cleared.
All communication between the Application and the server is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. API keys for DeepSeek and Gemini are stored only on the server and never exposed in the client app. However, no security system is 100% foolproof.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any material changes by updating this page or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
