These terms and conditions apply to the Bileli app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Yusup Abdyrahmanov ("Service Provider") as a Free service.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Application. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Application.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Service Provider.
The Application and all of its contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. However, you may share individual example sentences or motivational quotes from the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, as long as you do not copy the entire database or use automated tools to extract content. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to:
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
The Application is cloud‑based. An internet connection is required for the initial download of vocabulary, grammar rules, and example sentences. After the first sync, this content is cached locally and can be accessed offline.
AI generation (DeepSeek, Gemini) and progress synchronization between devices require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access.
If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges for data usage. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges. It is also your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will always be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of progress, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Application. The AI tutor is a supplementary tool and does not guarantee success on the official HSK exam.
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. The current version of the Application is provided free of charge. If paid features (e.g., Premium subscription) are introduced in the future, any charges will be clearly communicated to you before you incur them.
You agree to accept updates to the Application when offered to you. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be compatible with your specific device or operating system version.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings. Upon deletion, your email, password hash, and all progress are permanently and immediately removed from the server. This action cannot be undone.
The Service Provider may also suspend or terminate your access to the Application at its sole discretion, without notice, if it believes you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider (Russian Federation).
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
